Donna McCudden Named Sales Manager for Dytran Instruments, Inc.

 

   



 

Dytran Instruments, Inc. (www.dytran.com) a leading manufacturer of piezoelectric and VC MEMS accelerometers, dynamic force and pressure sensors, cables, and associated electronics, is pleased to announce that Donna McCudden has been named Sales Manager.
 
Donna brings over 20 years of experience as a leader in sensor companies. Her prior roles include, but are not limited to, Operations Manager, Director of Customer Management, and Marketing Communications Manager and Customer Service Manager. Most recently, Donna served as the Senior Inside Sales Manager at Sensata.
 
Throughout her career, Donna has designed and implemented large-scale, cross-departmental projects. She optimized a Lead Management System across a $2B organization that required cross business unit collaboration, from mapping of current and future processes to full implementation. She has also led several CRM development projects that led to full traceability of the opportunity pipeline, allowing for full transparency and forecasting in real time, as well as a fully functioning Technical Support FAQ. She also developed and implemented a customer loyalty program, resulting in increased customer loyalty and improved customer retention.
 
Donna will utilize her very applicable experience to manage Dytran’s Sales Engineer and Sales Administration Teams. She will have full accountability for managing all inside sales activities, including processes and systems related to customer service. As a key leader in the business development value stream, she will direct the delivery administrative and operational assistance designed to promote revenue growth, productivity, and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
