Mark Ritz Named Operations Manager for Dytran Instruments, Inc.

 

   



 

Dytran Instruments, Inc. (www.dytran.com) a leading manufacturer of piezoelectric and DC MEMS accelerometers, dynamic force and pressure sensors, cables, and associated electronics, is pleased to announce that Mark Ritz has been named Operations Manager.

Mark brings over 20 years' experience as a dynamic leader in the electronics and electromechanical assembly manufacturing industry. His past responsibilities include a variety of areas such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Program Management, and New Product Introduction. He has a successful track record of increasing customer satisfaction by improving on-time customer delivery; achieved by streamlining processes and collaborating between departments to increase productivity. Mark has designed and implemented new production/warehousing process flows integrating Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma principles. He has proven progressive experience in the disciplines of Operations Management, Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing Management (CM), Lean Manufacturing, Production Control, MRP/ERP system implementation(s), Contract Negotiations, Continuous Improvement, Internal/Outsourced Manufacturing, Quality Improvement, and team development/leadership.
 
Mark received his Bachelor of Arts, Operations Management and Analysis degree at Ashford University,. Forbes School of Business and he holds a certification in Executive Management from the University of Southern California. He is also a Certified Purchasing Manager C.P.M., and Total Quality Management Instructor/Six Sigma Green Belt. Furthermore, Mark is also a United States Navy veteran having served 32 years.
