The Dytran model 3583BT is an IEPE triaxial accelerometer with a high sensitivity of 500 mV/g. Design of the model 3583BT incorporates miniature ceramic shear mode sensing elements, mounted to a single support and packaged in a welded titanium housing for a total weight of 27 grams.

The model 3583BT offers a low end frequency response of 0.25 Hz for excellent phase response at low frequencies. Units also have an electrical noise floor of 0.0002 g RMS, which allows for its excellent signal-to-noise ratio.

Units feature an industry standard 4-pin radial connector and stud mount and is epoxy sealed for reliable operation in dirty environments.
