OVERVIEW

The Dytran model 3233AT is an IEPE triaxial accelerometer with an ultra high sensitivity of 1,000 mV/g, intended for the measurement of very low vibrations, and incorporates Transducer Electronic Data Sheet (TEDS; per IEEE 1451.4) capabilities.

The sensors feature ceramic shear sensing elements, packaged in a lightweight rugged titanium housing, with an industry standard radial 4-pin connector and 8-32 through hole mounting capabilities for 8-32 or #M4 screw. This ring style mounting configuration allows the sensor to be turned 360° prior to securing for ease of installation. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments, as well as electrically base isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
