OVERVIEW

The Dytran model 1053V2 is an IEPE force sensor designed to measure dynamic forces of 50 lbf over a wide frequency range. Offered with a 100 mV/lbf sensitivity, this dynamic force sensor can measure up to 50 lbf full scale in tension mode. As an IEPE sensor, the model 1053V2 features built-in electronics, eliminating the need for an external charge amplifier and converter.

Design of the model 1053V2 features a quartz sensing element, operating in compression mode and package in a rugged stainless steel housing weighing 28 grams. Units utilize a 10-32 radial connector and 10-32 tapped holes located at both the top and bottom of the sensor housing for ease of mounting.
