The Dytran model 1050V1 is an IEPE force sensor designed to measure dynamic forces up to 10 lbf over a wide frequency range. Offered with a sensitivity of 500 mV/lbf, this dynamic force sensor can measure up to 10 lbs full scale in tension mode. As an IEPE sensor, the model 1050V1 features built-in electronics, eliminating the need for an external charge amplifier and converter.

Design of the model 1050V1 features a quartz sensing element, operating in compression mode and packaged in a rugged stainless steel housing weighing 32 grams. Units utilize a 10-32 axial connector and a 1/4-28 tapped hole located at the top of the sensor housing for ease of mounting.
